"The way"

The road of life,
the footprints we leave when we walk, when we live, when we dream ...
Life is a road full of different and diverse paths,
we make the road while we walk throught it which in turn transforms us while it's being made,
marking each experience, each step we take in our walk ...

In this series I’ve worked around the concept of “The way” as a physical and spiritual journey carried out along the lifetime. This concept is represented by combining acrylic paint and different materials such as gel, marble powder, varnish... The paint and materials interact to randomly generate new spaces and structures on the canvas that can evoke to aerial views of nature and organic shapes through which the viewer can be transported to infinite places.

"El Camino"
El camino de la vida,
las huellas que vamos dejando al caminar, al vivir, al soñar...
La vida es un camino lleno de diferentes y variadas sendas,
nosotros hacemos el camino y a la vez el camino nos hace a nosotros,
marcando cada vivencia, cada paso que damos en nuestro andar...
                                                                                                                        
En esta serie  trabajo el concepto de EL CAMINO como recorrido personal y recorrido físico que realiza el ser humano a lo largo de la vida. Expreso esta idea a través del abanico de posiblilidades que me ofrece la pintura  y la materia, creando así espacios nuevos sobre la tela que a la vez nos resultan familiares, semejantes quizás a vistas aereas y a formas naturales que nos transportan a otros lugares infinitos a través de las formas y los colores.
